16 Feb Anglian Water – innovative Customer Service!

In 2017  Anglian Water picked Brain Candy’s assessment platform for assessing their new customer service programme, 4 years on and we are still going strong.

Brain Candy support Anglian Water develop and deliver their knowledge builder catalogue which runs alongside Anglian Water’s customer service training programme and their HSE operations group.  We designed the knowledge builder to link further learning to support their employees through both programmes.  Brain Candy and Anglian Water have worked hard together to ensure that employees offer world class customer service and safe working practices.

We would also like to say a big “thank you” to Anglian Water for choosing us over anyone else and continuing to  demonstrate their faith in us. Sweet!
