e were proud to have partnered with EKFB to deliver a bespoke operational onboarding and 360° culture program. Designed specifically for their workforce, the program celebrated and reinforced EKFB’s core values of safety, wellbeing, and health: “First and foremost, for everyone, never compromised.”
EKFB, a joint venture between Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall, had been appointed by HS2 to undertake a major civil engineering project spanning 80km of the new high-speed rail line. The work, stretching from the Chiltern Tunnel to Long Itchington Wood, encompassed 15 viaducts, 6.9km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 81 bridges, and approximately 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
Through this collaboration, we were able to support EKFB in embedding a strong safety and wellbeing culture across their teams, ensuring that these principles were at the heart of every stage of the project.
